The service

EmailGrade provides tools to analyze DNS and related signals for email deliverability (such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist checks). Results are informational and depend on public DNS and third-party data; they are not a guarantee of inbox placement or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service to violate law or others’ rights
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted use
Scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the service or bypasses limits
Submit domains you are not authorized to assess in bulk or at scale without an appropriate plan

Accounts and plans

Paid features, billing, and cancellation are described on our Pricing page and at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on check results.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above or through in-product notice where appropriate.
